Where is my order?
For in-stock items you will receive a shipment confirmation email 1-2 days after your order was placed. This email will contain your relevant tracking number/s. Please reach out to hello@boho-rhapsody.com.au if you have not received this email after 5 days (check your junk/spam email folder first because sometimes our emails end up there!)
Amendments & cancellations
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click 'complete order' but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order unless you contact us immediately after placing the order, in which case we will do our best to fulfil your request.
What is your return policy?
We do not refund or exchange sale items unless faulty. If you are unsure about sizing or we do not have measurements displayed just drop us an email and we can measure up for you.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, with tags attached.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not refund original postage cost unless item is deemed faulty.
Unless item is faulty you will be responsible for the return delivery cost.

Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, (apart from being tried on) used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We do not charge a re-stocking fee, but we do not refund the original shipping that you paid on the order unless the item is faulty or misrepresented.
Exchanges
If your clothing item is in like new condition, with tags attached, you may exchange your item for a different size or colour, where available. You will have to pay return shipping unless your item is faulty.
I want to exchange an item I bought on sale; how can I do this?
We do not offer exchange or refund on sale/ clearance items unless faulty.
Faulty items
In the rare event that an item is faulty, not including general wear and tear from use, we will offer a replacement, if available or a refund. We must be notified within 14 days of receiving item. Please contact us for further instructions :)
How can I pay?
We accept payments through PayPal, Visa & Mastercard through Shopify payments, AfterPay. We do not see your credit card details and this information is not stored by us.
I'm an international customer - do I have to pay tax?
More than likely, unfortunately. All import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs & duties are payable by the customer. Boho Rhapsody is not responsible for these charges and does not cover these fees. If you are unsure of your country’s import laws, we suggest contacting your country's customs department to find the guidelines around importing from Australia. Sorry, but we cannot alter the commercial invoice, this practice is not permitted by the Australian Customs and there are heavy penalties imposed. If an international parcel is returned to us due to unpaid import taxes, duties or any other costs or reasons imposed by the destination country or if parcel is refused acceptance or undeliverable, Boho Rhapsody will provide refund excluding postage upon receipt of the parcel back to our warehouse.
