Where is my order?
For in-stock items, you will typically receive a shipping confirmation email within 1–2 business days of placing your order. This email will include your tracking information.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us at hello@boho-rhapsody.com.au.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt dispatch.
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been submitted, we will do our best to assist.
What is your return policy?
Full-priced items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they:
- Are unworn and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Are returned in their original condition
Sale and clearance items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before purchasing. We are happy to provide additional measurements and fit advice wherever possible.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns for items that have been:
- Worn (other than for trying on)
- Washed
- Altered
- Damaged after delivery
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the sender.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If your item is unworn, in original condition and has all tags attached, we are happy to exchange it for an alternative size or colour, subject to availability.
Return postage costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Can I exchange or return a sale item?
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.
What if my item is faulty?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@boho-rhapsody.com.au.
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
How can I pay?
We accept payment via:
- Most major credit cards
- PayPal
- Afterpay
- Klarna
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal. We do not have access to, or store, your credit card details.
Where are your products made?
Our collections are sourced from a range of Australian and international suppliers. Product descriptions will specify the country of manufacture where available. If you would like further information about a particular item, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $150.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Australia.
How do I choose the right size?
Sizing information is included in each product description where available. If you need additional measurements or fit advice, please contact us before purchasing and we'll be happy to assist.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some popular styles may be restocked, while others are limited releases and may not return. If you're interested in a sold-out item, please contact us and we'll let you know if a restock is expected.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes. Afterpay is available on eligible purchases at checkout.
What if my item doesn't suit me?
If your item is full-priced and meets our return conditions, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy for full details.
I've never worn a kimono before. Are they oversized?
Most of our kimonos are designed to have a relaxed, flowing fit. They are intended to be worn loose and layered over other clothing. Individual product descriptions include sizing information, and we're always happy to provide additional measurements if needed.
