Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason it is not quite right, please review our returns policy below.
Sale and Outlet Items
Sale and outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
Full-Priced Items
Full-priced items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they:
- Are unworn and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Are returned in their original condition
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
If we have provided a return shipping label, the parcel must be lodged with and accepted by the shipping carrier within 30 days of the return label being issued.

Return Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for items that have been:
- Worn (other than for trying on)
- Washed
- Altered
- Damaged after delivery
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the sender.
Exchanges
If your item is unworn, in original condition and has all tags attached, we are happy to exchange it for an alternative size or colour, subject to availability.
Return postage costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
