Order Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm).

If an item you have ordered is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you promptly to discuss the available options.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking details, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping

• $11 for orders under $150
• Free for orders over $150

Express Shipping

• $15 flat rate

At this time, we only ship within Australia.

Back Orders

If an item is on back order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

You may choose to:

• Cancel your order and receive a refund for the affected item, or
• Receive available items immediately, with the back ordered item shipped separately at no additional cost.
