🚚 When will my order be shipped?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (Mon–Fri).
📮 Who delivers my order?
We use Australia Post for all orders, with tracking included 💌.
💰 How much is shipping?
- $11 standard (orders under $150)
- FREE standard (orders $150+)
- $15 express 🚀
🔄 What if something’s on back order?
We’ll let you know and give you the choice to:
- Cancel, or
- Get part now + the rest later (with no extra postage).
❤️ Can I return my order?
Yes! Full-priced and Sale items can be returned within 30 days if they’re unworn and have tags attached. Outlet items can not be returned, sorry.
🛍️ Can I return sale items?
Sale items may be returned for a refund or store credit but Outlet items are final sale unless faulty.
👗 Can I exchange an item?
Yes, if stock’s available. Return shipping is on you (unless the item is faulty).
